One of my favorite sushi restaurants. Always fresh and flavorful Try the Fried Unagi Appetizer, Deluxe Sashimi Platter, and the Grilled Hamachi and you will not be disappointed. Service is very relaxed and congenial. I love this place.

This is the best sushi we have had in CA so far! Value for the money, great service, fantastic atmosphere. It's worth sitting up front on the bar in front of the sushi chefs. The grilled squid is a must as is the sake from Ishikawa-ken!

I have been to Kirala many times, and there was always a long line to get a table. This time we showed up early on a Wednesday, and it wasn't yet that busy. We were asked if we would sit at the sushi bar instead of waiting for a table. We were willing to grab a drink at the bar... More

There were six of us for dinner; three generations of adults in our party, celebrating a 70th birthday, so we were in the mood to eat well. Knowing that they don't take reservations, we were in-line early, eagerly waiting to secure a table at their first seating. We got in with the first wave and were so impressed at how... More

Really small, always crowded, but the best food! Worth the time you have to wait to be seated. While waiting, you can have a beer at the bar and a finger food. Japanese food lovers Must go, for sure!

My wife and I decided to go to this place based on its great Tripadvisor reviews and we were not disappointed - the sushi was by far the best we've ever tasted and the service was both friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

This not my first visit. Every time I come to visit my brother we go to this place. I don't much to say since I'm a returning costumer. I love it I think it is a great quality/price sushi. Nice people over there and I will come back next time I'm around.

If you're in town and want authentic Japanese food awesome lunch specials for under $15.00, Unon and Soba dishes for about the same. Dinner is a complete menu with many fresh delicacies.

the food was good, you have to wait for a while to be seated and there is not enough space inside so you have to wait outside. service was good.
