Icy martinis, fresh delicious oysters and a wonderful bartender who convinced us to stay at the Claremont despite a rather rocky start--hard to beat that!
This is a great place to each. Wonderful view and fabulous service. The Sunday brunch was exceptional. I highly recommend this place...if you can afford it!

We had brunch at Meritage and the view, food, and service was wonderful! I had such a lovely time relaxing after a huge vacation in Northern Cali and this was the perfect way to start the day!
Gorgeous setting and view with very good service and FANTASTIC food and wine. Parking is not free which is a bummer, but they do validate...Well, I was there for an hours, so there was no charge...don't know what happens if you are there longer! A must-do, if in the area.

Pluses: The is a fairly extensive selection of items, the view is beautiful and the ambiance very pleasant. Champagne flows freely and... More
