We recently eat for dinner early Friday evening. Seated right away, but it took awhile for a server to show up. Waiter finally showed up (He was friendly and apologized for the delay), and took our order. It appears the restaurant is very understaffed, as the workers seemed stressed, trying to serve the customers. Come early, as this place gets... More

I have been going to Guy's Italian Restaurant for years, and never got around to reviewing it, so here goes! This food is the classic style Italian food that Italian restaurants SHOULD be serving. If Olive Garden or Macaroni Grill are your favorite Italian restaurants, this may not be for you. Go home and microwave something!! This has traditional Southern... More

They can work on being cleaner and putting more work in decor but the food was excellent. Garlic bread my absolute favorite and fettuccine never tasted better or more home made. The Tuscan salad with pine nuts and olives and feta to die for. The service was ok and if u order by phone dont expect it to be ready.... More

It's a good place to eat italian food. A lot of locals eat there. The atmosphere could be better. They need to step it up a notch and remodel and clean it up a little. I like clean places if I'm eating food. Just something about that.:)

It's been many years since I've been in such a warm, friendly, aromas to die for, local Italian restaurant. Nothing fancy and obviously not a chain, the food is about as authentic as I have had since I left my home in New Jersey. The sauce was right, the meatballs were bold and garlicky, the garlic bread was made to... More

Went to Guy's yesterday afternoon for a late lunch. Ordered a large Guy's Deluxe pizza, café of Chianti, and a beer. Pizza was pretty darn good - good crust for sure. I asked for some marinara sauce on the side, and it was very good. Carafe of wine only $7 - most places charge more than $8.50 for a glass.... More

What a nice find.........looking for non-chain eatery locally owned. We tried it and loved it. Warm cozy atmosphere with very pleasant staff. Food was just right although more than we could finish so we took some home and enjoyed it the next day. The prices are really reasonable especially the senior menu and the wine. The senior dinners were $8.95... More

Guy's has delicious food and they have a great special for seniors! I love the simple down home atmosphere of this old fashioned restaurant I hope they never change! one other thing I really like that the owner walks around talking to people and making sure their experience is perfect that's something you rarely see this day and age!

Guy's was just voted in our local daily paper as the #1 Italian Restaurant in Riverside County (pop. 2.3 million); so, we thought we'd give it a try. What a surprise; it was solid, if not fancy, southern Italian food with a menu featuring basic, classic Italian dishes at reasonable prices. Very atypical for Southern California, but not unlike those... More
