I've bought ice cream there a few times. They have a lot of local fruit flavors. They are located in different places in Cajamarca. The service is good as well.

Amazing european style ice cream (VERY creamy) in local and tropical flavors. I had the "sauco" (elderberry) and "manjar blanco" (a.k.a. dulce de leche). Wow. Definitely stop by--just off the main square.

Their selection of flavors is huge and the staff is happily supplying little tasters before you make your choice. Don't miss to try the "Lucuma" flavor.

The straciatella and mint chip are good, but don't leave Cajamarca without trying the local fruit flavors like lucuma and pushgay (wild blueberry). If you don't want to take your ice cream out onto the plaza, there is plenty of seating inside (and the bright...

Go once, come back again. Right on the Plaza de Armas, very clean, great service, excellent value. Run by a Dutch man and his Peruvian wife, this has to be among the places to visit. Many of the staff use sign language and the profits go towards helping local young people with deaf/dumb problems to integrate in the community. So...
