Mine host is American. Occasional American dish on the menu - I had peach pie! Good food, good service.

This is a lovely small café in the heart of Jedburgh adjacent to the ruined abbey. It is very small and the menu is limited but the food is excellent in quality, prices are very reasonable ensuring great value for money and the staff are efficient and friendly. On a nice day you can sit outside and look across to... More

Right opposite the ruined abbey. Quite small, very clean, good service and quality food. We had soup, bagel and cake - couldn`t be faulted.

Delightful little cafe that is more like dining at home with friends !!! Small menu that will cover all tastes from delicious freshly made soups and sandwiches to the most moist of chocolate cakes, nothing is to much trouble for this delightful couple. Dine inside or out but you won't be disappointed by what ever you choose or the price... More

Traveling up from North we stopped off in Jedburgh which was a gorgeous area, so we spotted ge ace Nd popped in for a snack and a cuppa. Very sweet, very clean and the owners are very lovely. Highly recommended. The coffee was lovely too, as was the food of course, Try the gingr cake... Very indulgent.

Called in for a quick snack. Minestrone soup was heavy with vegetables and the crusty bread was fresh and crusty. We were surprised at the size of the cafe, only 12/13 places but only a few taken mid afternoon. Did not have time for sampling the other items on the menu. Maybe come again when in the area.

Love this place, the staff are so friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely home made soup and baking. Great place to sit with a nice coffee and cake and admire the Abbey.

The menu said lentil soup which is one of my favourites but this soup was so thin and watery ,more like a consomme. It had a few vegetables and some lentils in it, also it was rather tasteless,so disappointing. It was expensive as well. Then to make matters worse the chair was so hard that I had to take off my jacket... More

This week we have been here again after visiting it last year. We especially drove by Jedburgh to go to Abbey view on our way to the ferry in New Castle. People are very welcoming. The food is fresh and vey good. I always take the scones with cream and home made jam. These are delicious. We we return to... More
