En route lunch

Dropped in for lunch on our way north. Warm and friendly welcome on arrival and excellent service throughout. Good atmosphere and surroundings with art for sale. Great lunch would recommend for a stop off for passing travellers (and the nearby parking is free)

We went here on the reviews from trip advisor and it was as good as recommended, service was good, food was great. Worth visiting I had linguine with chicken and the portion was big we all had different dishes (4) and all were better than good

When we arrived, we were slightly disappointed to see so many fish dishes on the menu - neither of us are great fish eaters. However, we needn't have worried. We both had the slow cooked lamb, which was absolutely delicious. For pud, we had the Eton Mess and the sticky toffee pudding. Again, both were excellent - especially the Eton... More

My wife and I booked this Bistro in Jedburgh at the last minute for an Easter Saturday dinner. The food was imaginative, tasty and very good value, the service good and overall we enjoyed our visit. Possibly because we had made a late booking, our table was near to the bar and kitchen, from which some very interesting and loud... More

My husband and I visited with our two year old today for lunch. The lady who served us was wonderful, the food was delicious, all in all, a nice, relaxing meal.

Arrived towards the end of lunch service as part of a large-ish group but were sorted out quite quickly with a table to seat all of us together. Most went for the soup and crispy bacon roll combo which was very tasty and at a little over £5 very good value for money. The Eton Mess and Sticky Toffee pudding... More
