Weather-permitting, a great place to sit outside for lunch/dinner and enjoy fantastic seafood at a reasonable price. A local recommended this place and we were not disappointed. Our favorite: zamburiñas a la plancha (grilled scallops), superb.

we tracked this restaurant down on the basis of previous Trip Advisor reports, but we were very disappointed to find it small and dominated by a large TV screen playing football. We were in Baiona out of the high-season, and maybe they serve fantastic food outside in the Plaza - we did not wait to find out

We shared a large plate of Ventresca tuna (1/2 on roasted red pepper and 1/2 on a slab of local cheese) each topped with an anchovy curled around a good black olive. Nice late comida. The local Rose was light; dry and nice with the tuna and anchovies. Quite reasonable. Provecho.

After reading some great reviews for this place, we decided dine there. The place was half empty when we got there at 9:30 on a Friday evening. The decor looked a bit run down. The waiter was correct , but not exactly charming. We ordered garlic prawns, which were very good with a nice spicy kick, but quite a small... More

We walked by this restaurant a couple of times in search of hidden gems before stopping by on our last evening. Plenty of outdoor seating for relaxed & casual eating - great if kids around as they have chance to move around. Service was good & the food - similar to most local of it's kind was fresh & above... We came upon La Boqueria by chance, trawling along Baiona's 'back road' trying to find somewhere authentic but not too formal and without having to succumb to the restaurant 'hustlers'. This place ticked all three of those boxes and our family group (that included two teenagers made grumpy by unseasonal drizzle and sight-seeing) cheered up considerably via spicy scrambled eggs,...
