For anyone interested in & loving food, you can't get better than this format of a daily changing menu- probably the best way to secure the most seasonal & freshest ingredients. kind of on a side street, no magical view or anything like that. chef comes and offers the food of that day but conversing in English to Spanish re fish names and how is it cooked is rather difficult. food was cooked well, but nothing with a wow factor. simply grilled with a light garlic and olive oil dressing, hardly... My wife and I had a fabulous lunch on a Thursday afternoon at Casa Rita. We sat outside on the terrace which was nice except for the roar of an air conditioner in the adjacent building but that hardly mattered as the service was very good and attentive and the meal was fantastic! There is no set menu and the... More

I have been for the first time last week, and I had a really nice surprise. Food quality is excellent and the way they cook it is perfect. Anything you eat (fom Luras, to Lubina, or just the great Camarones, or revuelto de erizo con Algas) to name a few, is just right cooked, right size and right everything. I... More

We went to this restaurant because of tripadvisor and i must say that this place was really good. The fish is fresh, there is no menú but the chef takes you through all the fish options and gives good advice. The luras de ría are amazing. The price is reasonable. Strongly recommended.

their fish supplier brings the best and unusual fish into this very pleasant and informal restaurant. As guest you make a choice out of 2 or 3 different options, whereby the owner effectively seduced us in trying unusual dishes you may never have eaten before. He calls it expanding your food horizon ! We enjoyed among others: Almejas, Chipirones, Merluza... More

For a restaurant with no menu, the selections seem very consistent among reviews. Our experience was no different - starting with sweet-tasting shrimp in the shell, moving on to a baked scallop covered in a rich sauce, and finally to the specialty of the house - whole squid served over potatoes, covered in squid ink mixed with one or more... We found this restaurant through tripadvisor. It is run by a couple, he serves and she cooks. They have very fresh produce and don't have a menu. They will only serve stuff that is fresh and they can recommend. Absolutely great meal and very helpful hosts. Definitely a must if you are in Baiona!!

We enjoyed one of our finest meals in Spain here and, with one or two caveats, I would have no hesitation in recommending it, The main attraction is the quality and freshness of the seafood. In the window the catch of the day was laid out, which the chief waiter talked us through at length. Eventually we chose some giant... More
