This restaurant is about a 5-10 minute walk from the main square. Therefore, off the main drag and not so evident. A pity, as it is well worth a visit. The restaurant is housed in a characterful building dating from 1914. The food is traditional Mallorcan with an extensive menu. The food was fresh and tasty and the portions generous.... More

Return visit to this restaurant. Tasty food, friendly staff. Try the sea bass from the grill, and if you don't like the head / eyes looking up from the plate, the staff are more than happy to remove before serving.

We were looking for something more than another tapas restaurant and found this oe. It was not so far from Ca'an Isabel where we were staying and made a nice change from the same/same restaurants in the main square. The service was impeccable and the food good. Lovely fish and very delicious garlic mayo with bread as a starter. Ooops!... More

We have visited this restaursnt on many occations and it has always been consistently good. Apart from being very friendly and away from the tourist hubbub the food is excellent, freshly cooked and nicely presented without the all too familiar master chef hallmarks!! A real must to try is the black rice piella and the slow cooked shoulder of lamb... More

We ate here and chose menu del dia - for 12 euros which included a glass of wine this was good value and perfectly acceptable quality- particularly good was the very simple desert of sliced orange with a honey and cinnamon juice- very simple but nice. Ambiance of the place when we went on a Tuesday lunchtime. Recommend.

We went here on our last night in soller as the menu sounded interesting and authentic. The food was expensive enough but we didnt mind if it was good quality. HOWEVER it wasn't good at all in fact it was pretty terrible. The house wine tasted cheap and nasty (despite costing the same as decent house reds elsewhere) the bacalao... More

This is a nicely-decorated, old-fashioned Majorcan-style restaurant with heavy wooden tables and chairs and lots of rather strange ephemera as decorations around the place, making it very atmospheric and interesting. We shared a Majorcan special fried dish to start with that had diced up fish, vegetables and meat in different parts of a bit plate - all totally delicious. For... More

I would describe this as a fairly traditional Mallorcan restaurant with hearty meals- all of which were cooked very well. We sat outside, which is not particularly scenic as the restaurant is on a road but it's relatively quiet and you can sit inside if you want. The food was good- I remember the lamb shoulder was enormous and cooked... More
