Good honest food

We ate dinner here after being badly let down by another restaurant (which I have reviewed) which let not only the table we had booked to to a *walk in* but also every other decent table & expected us to sit at a service table in a glorified bin area. So we ate here on randomly & on spec. We... read more

This place was recommended by a local shopkeeper. Have the calamari with aioli. Fabulous seafood platter and the prawns Mallorcan style are to die for. Super service - slick and on top of their game.

Been here many times and it's unfailingly good. Nice relaxed atmosphere day or night. Simple fare but well cooked and presented. Many more expensive places in Soller have disappointed but this place delivers. And the Mallorcan fish dish is the best on the island..!! Like a Lancashire hot pot but with locally caught fish..!! Fabulous!!

Nice situation (ovelooking the port) and delicious products . I enjoyed the lamb shoulder and my friend enjoyed the fish cooked in the Mallorcan way. Nice staff, warm welcome, quick service, at a reasonable price.

Excellent harbour side location and sheltered a little from the wind with added warmth from the heaters made it ideal on a sunny but breezy April day. Good tapas, excellent prawns in garlic and baby squid which are dishes which can be poor in busy bistros but not here. Prices were fine for this location and the cheerful and ultra... More

A small group of us ate here one evening in Port de Soller. We were in the main restaurant (a bit cold to sit out on the front) so the views were nothing to write home about. We booked here because it was full the previous evening which is usually a good sign. However, I found the food distinctly average... More

The waiter suggested an Alioli source to go with our Black Paella, however, we wasn't informed that this was an extra charge of 2.3 euros, which is a rip-off, comparing with Aceitunas & Pan 1.6 euros per person. A small portion of Alioli Source, we were charged 2.3 euros with no reason, furthermore, we already got this Aceitunas/Alioli/Pan as side... More

A great family-run restaurant with a great location - overlooking the harbour and right in the heart of the old town, so fantastic for pre- or post-dinner drinks at the many bars neaby. This place has by far the best paella you can get in the port, and the rest of the menu is just as good, with lovely fish... More

We ate here a couple of times on this trip (lunch and dinner) and have done on previous visits. The place has a very welcoming vibe. We were there in February and while many of the restaurants were empty and uninviting, Es Raco was busy and friendly. The food is good and there is a lovely view of the harbour.... More

Came across this restaurant during a visit to Soller and we were most impressed by the welcome afforded. Our Fidua was excellent and the 'menu del dia' looked excellent in quality and quantity. Homemade deserts tasty . Certainly worth a visit.
