The restaurant in the summer is outside in the courtyards. During the winter it is downstairs. The food is well prepared and well served. Though the menu did not change the two times we ate there.

Excellent food, lovely, doesn't have a view though although it is quite romantic. The service is always excellent, very attentive.

Be ready to use your wallet, but as i normally say, good things, quality, service, environment cost.So if you expect to fix the things with 50 EUR per person, drive away.... This hotel is beautiful, and the out door restaurant is as well no less pretty, neat, and clean. Here is the servicing industry as by the books, when it... More

Superb service, large clean rooms, right near the tram stop and the central square. Adequate parking. Very good dinner. An excellent 4 star hotel in a quiet friendly town.

We stopped for a bottle of champagne to celebrate my 60th, the week before. There is a bugatti car at the front door ( the hotel owner). The cost was 50 euros for a very high quality french bottle, in the UK the same bottle is £45, from a supermarket, and normally £90 in a UK resturant.

Indifferent service. Both main course dishes were cold and fish tasteless. one starter stale. Did not bother with dessert!

The paella was a bit salty but flavorful. Nice to find as we really wanted to find Spanish food in Spain instead of pizza! The venue was lovely. We found it a very pleasant interlude, in a lovely day in Soller. We would recommend.

Reading LittlePumpkin's educated and comprehensive review, it goes to show sometimes that a restaurant can change it's nature virtually overnight. We ate there last week and had an excellent experience. My wife chose the sea bass which was moist and tasty, the rest of our party chosing meat courses which were absolutely fine - the lamb was excellent. My foie... More

Booked Can Blau for our first night in Soller, knowing it was close to Casa Bouganvillea where we were staying. Had looked at the menu online and it looked good. Greeted by an extremely pleasant, friendly waiter who took care of us all night. My Bellini aperitif was one of the nicest I have ever had. We choosed the (what... More
