This place is usually our 'first night meal stop' as I always look forward to their Tempura Vegetables. Imagine our surprise when this year it had disappeared from the menu! I asked if I could possibly have some and sure enough, the biggest plate of delicious Tempura Vegetables I had ever eaten... read more

Nice setting on a corner within the pedestrianised centre of old Pollensa. Starters were just too expensive although nothing wrong with quality. Had rack of lamb - again ok but rather pricey given 4 small chops and a few vegetables. Staff were polite and helpful. All in all . the food was good but somewhat overpriced and nothing to have... If you are looking for a nice place with good food this is a good spot. We had a "menu del dia" - a three course dinner for a very good price. The was good. Not fancy or extraordinary, just good. The staff is friendly and the location at the corner of the main plaza is inviting. We recommend to... More

After shopping in the beautiful market in Pollenca we decided to have some lunch at La Posada d'Ariant in the market place, despite being the only people there to start with, never a good sign, we decided to go for the set menu of €15 which was excellent and the best thing for me was that the portions weren't too... We had aimed to have lunch at a different restaurant but found it was their midweek closing day. Several of the other restaurants have not yet opened for the season, so we ended up here and are glad we did. The lunch menu at €12.90 for three courses is a steal with lovely croquettes to start followed by tuna or... More

What a treat ! For a mere 25 euro we were treated to a fabulous 5 course taster comprising of hot and cold courses all of which beautifully cooked and presented. Whilst it is badged as a taster menu the portions are more generous than other offerings and we were both nicely full by the time the dessert was served.... More

We enjoyed the food and its presentation in this restaurant situated in the old town of Pollenca. We had the menu of the day with soup, tuna/pork steak and both steaks were deliciously cooked. We only give 4 out 5 stars because the bread we got but didn't ask for was written 2 times! on the check and all together... More

We were there on their January opening night. We had the tasting menu-frankly, a steal at 25E for five courses . The presentation and quality were very special. This is really world class eating. We have already booked to go back. The chef, Gretel, is one to watch.

I recently dinned at this restaurant and I am always a bit reluctant to order Tuna when it is on the menu because not everyone can cook Tuna as I like it but this was cooked to perfection on the point as Rick Stein would say, just a little pink in the middle, glad we went probably the best Tuna... Having been 'stung' in the past by some of the restaurant prices in the square, we tried this one and were delighted. Excellent, charming service from most helpful waitress. We had set menu and the calamari was freshly cooked and not greasy. The croquettes looked good and very generous portions. I had the paella curry - sounded unusual and it... More
