Outstanding value

Meal costs 14 euros for starters - meat & cheeses, homemade soup, mussels - yes, you get all these - choice of main course meat/fish with roasted veg and choice of desserts. Amazing! Cosy interior with white tablecloths and excellent, friendly service.

Very good food. Very nice service. Very cheap. Perfect! We ended up having dinner there twice (and nowhere else in Pollenca).

On a chilly February evening we wandered in here to find warmth from the host, quality food in the set menu at the give away price of 14 euros per head. Fantastic!

This was amazing value at 14 euros per person for a 4 course set menu. The four of us went twice. First course - cheese, olives, bread and chorizo; second course choices - spinach in pastry (on the next night we went mussels); third course choices - duck with strawberries or canneloni with spinach and fish or lamb or turbot;... Despite many visits to Pollenca this was our first to la Font del Gall. One of the few restaurants open over Christmas, it was busy with a warm atmosphere. Despite having a set menu available, the owner and chef went out of their way to offer me non meat options. We enjoyed a fantastic selection of mussels, steak, local sausage,... More

Have visited Pollensa on four occasions and have always gone back, at least once, to this restaurant on each visit. Location, service and food is what matters and we have never been disappointed.

The hosts here are so genial, asked for wine and beer outside at their tables during siesta when they were closed, the host brought us some over and said we were welcome to sit and have a drink. I knew they were busy getting their evening sorted so that was kind , only charged us 3 euros which was just... More

In a quieter location off the main square in Pollenca this restaurant offers a variety of indoor and outdoor seating. We ate there as a change from the main square and the offer of suckling pig on the menu. We sat outside and while there were some occupied table nearby there were quite a few empty ones. There were a... More

Looking for somewhere to eat and came across this restaurant behind the main square. There were 3 of us dining my 10 yr old daughter being one of us. I ordered the seafood and fish paella. Absolutely brilliant, although it was a very large portion could have easily served 2 people. My daughter ordered the entrecôte from the kids menu.... More

what a find in the middle of Pollenca. A definite for anyone in Pollenca needing some fine food in the evening at extremely reasonable prices. Euro 17.50 for quail to start with a nice port jus, rabbit with wild mushroom sauce and chocolate cake to finish. Cooked well, served attentively in a wonderful setting.
