When i complained that i didn't like the main course of lamb shoulder with dauphinoise the waitress literally couldn't believe it despite my plate still being full. Very fatty lamb and greasy vegetables served with a greasy honey and orange sauce with the most buttery dauphinoise ever made. I felt sick afetr 2 mouthfulls and no one checked back to... More

On a day trip to Pollenca had Font de gall recommended. An excellent recommendation for the fixed price lunch. 3 choices on each of 3 courses. Very friendly welcoming service. Interesting local wine- blah blah blah. Yes really. Other a la carte choices looked equally good. Welcomed families with young children

This restaurant is just off Pollenca's main square and in the warm and hot weather, serves on tables outdoors like everywhere else in the town. You have to book in season as the tables are much desired. The menu has a combination of traditional Mallorcan food and European staples alongside tapas. The cooking is both accomplished and generous. The mixed... More

We visited La Font del Gall for the 1st time since it's previous Scottish owners had left. Menu remains still very good and service in particular wad excellent. Just fell down on our previous expectations on a couple of small details....... The Parma ham starter was just too plain and my wife's paella slightly under done. However this is being... More

My husband and I dined here in 2003 when our daughter was 1 and this time we brought her ( age 12) and her brother. The food was lovely and how refreshing to find a restaurant who provide interesting food on the kids menu- not just the tedious nuggets, spaghetti or burger. It was a busy night in Pollenca- when... we ate here three times during our recent holiday and cannot fault the food or staff,we would of returned again but our last meal was marred by a lady chain smoking at the next table right by my grandson, next year we will request a table near the restaurant door.

A lovely restaurant, my family and i ate here twice during our weeks stay in June and thoroughly enjoyed the food both times. All of the staff were very attentive and friendly and made it an enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely dinner outside one evening. Food was well cooked and quickly served, although it was busy. Waiter and waitresses were friendly and helpful. Chefs specials are worth having, and there's a good choice for vegetarians.

We had a relaxing, unhurried lunch. The dishes are imaginative but not fussy. We shared the Caprese Salad, a grilled prawn salad and Cordero con salsa de naranja (lamb in orange sauce). Three dishes were ample for two people. We were pleasantly surprised by the lamb dish, it was beautifully tender (slow cooked for 4 hours) and the sauce worked... More

Hubby and I enjoyed a long lunch in this restaurant, sitting watching the Sunday market crowds in centre of town. We ordered suckling pig, with jacket potato roast veg, and for His Nibs, a ravioli stuffed with mushrooms and spinach. Washed down with a beautiful bottle of Syrah, we thoroughly enjoyed the service and food here. Definitely recommend.
