Very nice location - to recommend

We got the recommandation of this restaurant from a local person and it was really worth going. Very fresh and good quality food and the ratio quality/price is very good. You have to try the fish, very fresh. They have also very good wine for an astonishing low price. The location in itself... read more

Living in the local area and running my own business "Kensington Finest Properties International" in Pollensa, I try different places and get often asked by my clients and costumers which restaurant I would recommend for sea food and fresh fish dishes. "Clivia" is my answer and what really counts for them, I receive a "thank you for your recommendation" after... More

We have been to Clivia before, but it is a lovely restaurant, tucked away down a Pollenca side street. It is lovely and cool and has a big sliding roof. (a' la Wimbledon!) It has a good fish choice, but I enjoyed my chicken with green pepper sauce. Very good service and good value - our total lunch bill was... More

To be fair I'll start by saying the food was very good and the service was solid so if you don't care at all about the money you will be happy. That said, I feel like we were being gouged. All we had were two relatively small servings of sea bass a smal coke and a bottle of water and... More

Our party of four visited here on recommendation. We hadn't booked but there were plenty of free tables. We were seated in the atrium which was very bright. The maitre d was rather overbearing however the waiters were very charming. The starters were good but not exceptional. Our friends had the sea bass which they said was delicious at 50... More

From the atmosphere to our appetizers (octopus salad and grilled asparagus) to our entrees (hake in coriander and lime broth and almond encrusted tuna), this restaurant is quite a find. Our two ice cream desserts did not live up to the delectable starters and entrees, but otherwise this restaurant's dishes were the best we enjoyed in Mallorca.

Set in a beautiful courtyard ( it has a retractable roof, avoiding rain or cold air), the decor and quality of the staff set the scene. The food was excellent-- a great selection of fish ( steak is available), and finished off with an enormous and incredibly light Baked Alaska; this was a memorable meal. My only minor reservation would... More

We visited this restaurant 2 weeks ago. The food was disappointing and overpriced, the atmosphere was awful and the staff rude. One waiter seemed to forget absolutely everything we asked him and the guy that we presumed was the manager was extremely rude. I had the calamari to start which was bog standard and fish soup which was basically a... More

The Clivia has long been my favourite restaurant in the Pollenca area and I've just had another meal that justfies this view. The welcome was gracious, the food was superb and the service was excellent - I can't wait to visit again.

Visited last Monday with two other friends. I had been to the restaurant before so had recommended it as a special treat knowing it was quite expensive. The meal was OK we had seabass for the price we paid I should be saying it was worth every penny but sadly I am not. Two tiny potatoes 3 slices of Carrots... More
