How could it be that so many Trip Advisors would rate a cheap, desert cafe so highly? Were they all mad? Do they have no sense of what good food tastes like? How can you appreciate good service in a casual/takeaway place? But TripAdvisers of The World, you were so correct. This place is a gem and creates its own... More

The best loukoumades we ever tasted, with ice-cream or honey or chocolat-sauce.....You can sit inside as well as outside.

we were there - 2 adults and 4 kids - on our last day of the trip. The little doughnut balls, dipped ion honey, and followed by whatever you dream of - was just the perfect closure for the trip. The husband and wife team is friendly, and the deserst - and other treats are heavenly. A must stop, for... More

We had the special ice cream with the deep fried little treats covered in praline sauce - they were amazingly tasty but not sickening and the ice cream and sauce were gorgeous too. The decor was very cute, all in mint green and the service was lovely. Great place for an afternoon snack or dessert!

Bite sized, crunchy and fluffy at the same time, covered in honey and nuts, a very generous portion that was enough for me and my wife was the perfect dessert after a great meal. Tonight we're going back to try the loukoumades covered in chocolate sauce!

Lives up to the hype. I've never had better. I couldn't wait for dinner to be over to go back and back again. They have a ton of types but I loved the classic honey and nuts.

As we wandered the various laneways of Nafplio, we stumbled upon Pergamonto and the promise of a delightful dessert we know and love. This however, was unworldly......an array of menu options, we decided upon the loukoumades with 'special' ice cream. We chose our flavours ( Turkish delight a must) and cookies and cream,(with actual chunky cookie pieces), drizzled with a... More

I arrived at this place after eating a huge amount of food for dinner. But after reading the reviews on tripadvisor I had to make a stop here to try the lokoumades. I asked for just 2-3 as I was so full but tr owner gave me 2 bowls!! Such a nice and friendly man. The lokoumades were the best... More

If you love Loukoumi ( a sweet Greek fried donut-like dessert) then this this is THE place to go! They make them on demand, with the dough unctuously pouring in to the ever-fresh frying oil, and then when they are ready they are heaped onto a plate and covered with whatever you like...could be Greek yoghurt, honey, cinnamon, preserves, ice... Best loukmathes in Greece. Most loukmathes in Greece are doughy. These are like the Cypriot loukmathes Light and not greasy or doughy.
