We needed a place to eat before we boarded the bus from dharamsala, and good eateries are limited here unlike in mcleodganj. So we went here. Ordered masala tea cutlets and noodles. The service was prompt, food was tasty and the best thing: the view from the outdoor area of the sunset while sipping hot tea.

1. Review. Having taken a cue from a reviewer here "Raj2jas", we dropped in here ! The location was the predominant reason though. 2. Ambience. The foyer of the place seemed very neat & clean so we did venture further. They had a terrace too where My Son, set up his tripod. 3. Staff. The Staff was cordial, it appeared... More

Food is good and normal but not so great as you should expect in Himachal Pradesh. Some dishes lacked salt. They had tried tomato halwa in dessert. I hope they never try it again. It was drastically bad.

The place is always abuzz due to lot of local patrons- this ensures food is good (people are repeating the place) and food is fresh. Tried snacks in the evening and found delicious. Local dishes turned out real nice at dinner. Clean tables and wares. Suitable for family seating.

About food all i can say is their quantity is good but the taste certainly is not very spicy & tastes like home cooked food. But yes some items like TOMATO SOUP , CHILLY CHICKEN... More

Dharamsala is a sleepy hill town, known more for being HH Dalai Lama's abode and some spirtual places. The eating places are confined to reasonably low quality stuff. It was a delight to visit this place known as Dhauladhar and run by Himachal Tourism, a state owned establishment. Though, slightly tucked in but reasonably well known amongst the locals, its...
