An amazing place. Right in the center of the market & close to the Monastery. Serves amazing tea & cakes. The Himachali Thali served is a must try. Can sit hours together reading a book or surfing the net (has free wi fi) !!!

On our trip to Mcloedgunj we had dinner was at the very famous Moonpeak Thali. Great place to sit outside and watch the sunset among the mountain. Their vegetarian Himchali thali was brilliant and a definite must try. We finished the evening with two helpings of their hot ginger lemon honey which is in a league by itself.

The Cappuccinos consisted of deeply rich coffee topped with frothy and creamy milk, whilst my in-laws loved their Americanos. The cakes served here are delicious too, and homemade! There are other things available on the menu as well ranging from small... More

Possibly my favorite thali in 10 months of travel in India. Order yourself a "Himachali Thali" and you will find yourself on an adventure of culinary excitement! Go there with your girlfriend or boyfriend, but make sure they order their own! Next to, and part of Moon Peak Espresso.
