Excellent food, service and variety. Not expensive and huge portions. Enjoy the views as well. You will find some local sellers there as well and sometimes a group of singers.

The restaurant is nicely situated for a visit to the lower viewing sites for penguins – which are also less busy. Staff were friendly and helpful, including sorting out a good table with a view, and rolling down blinds to ward off the breeze. We went for the simpler fare, burgers, fish and chips – which arrived promptly and were... More

After spending the morning at Cape Point, Boulders Lodge in Simon's Town was the perfect place to stay over. We spent the afternoon exploring the quaint, seaside village before retiring to the lodge for some relaxation to the sound of the waves. We enjoyed an amazing 3-course dinner at the lodge and our room was comfortable. The next morning we... More

I had lunch in this restaurant as part of my cape peninsula tour and it was worth the visit. Food was nice, not very big portions, but good quality, service was fast, nice and friendly. The best part is really the view, beach front, great place to sit, enjoy a good wine and relax.

We are big fans of this restaurant, but the standards have definitely slipped over the last year. The staff are friendly and there is a nice atmosphere, but the food needs some work and the service needs a lot ! They were definitely understaffed on the last two occasions we have visited, so we will leave it off our list... More

We stayed here for one night so that we could spend time with the penguins. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable and we had the bonus of our own 'personal' penguin who was sitting on two eggs just by our room door! The staff were friendly and helpfull and the restaurant met all our expectations. From the lodge it... More

New Years Day and off to Boulders with a group of friends for breakfast. The location is nothing to write home about, with no view of the beach and once you have seen one car park you have seen them all. The place was not that busy but the food took an eternity to arrive. The food was not too... More
