Average BBQ - Not Impressed

Being an amateur bbq cook myself, the Rib Crib did not impress me. Ribs are bland, unless you smother them in sauce. Ribs seemed to be way over cooked, which implies to me that they are boiled (yuck). atmosphere is nice and service is great. If you want the best BBQ in town, head over to... read more

The Rib Crib has some of the best food in Searcy. That being said, the ribs are always good, the sandwiches are decent. I don't like the fries though. A favorite place on Tuesday all you can eat ribs.

My husband & I ate here on our way to Florida. The waitress, Ella, was fabulous, bubbly and nice, but the food was awful. We ordered chips and salsa, (who can go wrong here) for our appetizer and the chips were so greasy we couldn't eat them. We split a Crispy Chicken Wrap with FF. the wrap was pretty good... More

I have been here several times and like the ribs. The service has been great each time and the place is always clean.

We eat here about once a month. It's always good. Love their pulled pork and chicken. My husband loves their shrimp. Also prefer their sweet and tangy beans over the cowboy beans. We've always had good and friendly service. A bit pricey or we would eat here more often.

Nothing I have eaten here is good. As much as I have tried to like it here, nothing is good. They have the worst ribs I have ever eaten.

I am not familiar with this chain .,. but if the others are as good as this one, I'll watch more closely while traveling. Their pulled pork was excellent, with their brisket being average (we are from Texas). Full menu, clean establishment, clean restrooms .. at a reasonable price. Nothing fancy .. just good eats.

I was told this way suppose to be fine dining. My waitress that served my family and I had tattoos behind her ears and on neck, then the "manager" came by to check on us and she had a big tattoo on her hand.this is suppose to be a friendly environment for Harding students,I've advised the student to steer clear of...
