Best sundaes in town for $2.50!

Love the big piggy salad and the best sundaes in town! It's a very casual place to eat. Out on the deck you can hear the old time folk music being played nearby. Ribs are good too!

We arrived exactly at 11:30 a.m. on a Thursday. The special of the deal sounded delicious. As we stood in line to order, the plates coming out of the kitchen were the largest servings I've ever seen. When I placed my order, I was told they had already sold out. Hmmm, in half an hour they sold out? I looked... More

These folks were very nice and we went there each night to eat. Small place but very friendly. The place stayed busy from the time they opened till closing.

I love this place. I worked there in my teen years. The owners were always great to me. I know this place is super clean because we cleaned everything every night. My favorite bbq sauce is from here. I always want a bbq sandwich and fries. Crinkle cut is my preferred fry. My husband loves the platter with fried potatoes,... More

I have eaten at Kin Folks for the past 5 years when in Mountain View (2-3 times annually) The food is good! Cooked in a clean kitchen and served by friendly young folks who are kin of the owner (or they present themselves as such). It is located near the Pickin' Park and down town. I especially like their ribs.... More

Kin Folks has great burgers, corn dogs, and ice cream. "No cussing and don't pee off the porch!!" Great local place to stop and enjoy.

We got the rack of ribs. It was a little smokey for my liking, but I don't like ribs very smokey lol. It's a nice place to get out of the heat.

Located right on the square. Great place to get some down-home, done right BBQ. The place fills up fast when we have been there. Service is very friendly and helpful. Signs let you know that this is a family friendly place and absolutely no cussing is allowed, we liked that. Dining is either indoor in a small dining room our... More

My wife and I have eaten here several times. It is not a destination diner for us. You order at the counter and they will bring it to your table. There is a 'tip jar' near where you order, however I've experienced no reason to use it. The service is perfunctory, if not nonexistent, once they bring the food to... More
