Never disappointed. Food is always timely, seasoned well, and great variety. They have several daily specials in addition to main menu. Breakfast is fantastic.

Have eaten breakfast, lunch, and dinner here many times. The cowboy breakfast is my meal of choice here. Their biscuits are good. My wife really likes their turnip greens. Always have several pies available. They always have some specials going. Given this place is near the square, it fills up quickly during the prime tourist weekends (Bean Fest and Folk... More

I've been here twice so far, and was not disappointed. The atmosphere was great...a cozy, small town USA feel. The place is really modest and isn't for you if you want fancy. It has a really casual and friendly vibe. You can tell that most people here are local and probably most of those are regulars. The waitresses are friendly... More

Stopped here for lunch on New Year's day, primarily because it was the only place in town that we saw was open. It was packed and felt a little cramped inside, but the service was excellent and the food was good at a decent price. Lots of memorabilia on the walls to gaze at.

Very nice wait staff. Had lunch specials! The food was fresh and tasty. The waitress was excellent about keeping my tea glass filled! Will go back to this cafe on my next visit!

We had brunch here during the Mountain View Bluegrass Festival and had a fantastic meal. Staff were really warm and friendly. It was packed and some people had to share tables which meant friendly conversation and a great atmosphere. Decor is finer style and the owners are obviously Elvis fans! Old dulcimers on the walls make it a real mom... More

We tried the Jumbalaya....It was great! Clean cosy restaurant. The place that the locals go as well as the visitors.

We had the most wonderful homemade lunch at PJ'S Rainbow Cafe today. Everything was made from scratch. The fluffy homemade biscuits were the best ever.

Highly recommend the Chicken Fried Chicken or the Pork Chops with white gravy. Not for those watching their weight, but definitely comfort food!
