To me the worst Mexican restaurant in town! The salsa and chips are good but the Mexican food is not even close to authentic. It's like a fancy taco bell with good servers. No thanks.

So my boyfriend and I came to AR for a get away trip- after a day of antique shopping, I wanted Mexican food so we turned into El Chico and there wasn't many people here so we were a bit hesitate if it would be good or not. Well let me start by saying this place is very clean, bathrooms... More

We stopped by for a late lunch and I had the best enchiladas I have ever had. Blanco enchiladas with black beans and rice. Our waiter "Piper" did a great job, I never once had to ask for a refill and he was very nice to deal with.

Tried the Chimi combo platter. Was very good, and very filling for the price. Normally comes with fajita chicken in the chimi. Should've left it chicken, as they are obviously selfish with the steak, it was mostly cheese. But overall, the majority of the food was very fresh and tasted great.

Typical fast food microwave mexican, but the service was excellent. The chips and salsa were good. I ate one of the lunch specials and really felt like it was a tv dinner that had been plated. Decent price and atmosphere was fine though. Can't say enough about the staff and their friendliness, they alone raise the rating.

I have been here many times. Food is always good and the staff is excellent. I have been to several events that have been catered by them and the food was also very good. The price range for food is average. It has a nice atmosphere and is always spotless clean.

Manager and wait staff are exceptional, personally double check to make sure your order is to diners satisfaction. My wife and myself have dinned there over one hundred-fifty times in the last three years. That is what customer service rewards us to be repeat customers. I counted ten waiters , waitress's, and two managers this afternoon and they were all... More

Stopped in to use the motel provided buy and entrée get an entrée free. Price and value was great. Food was wonderful. At 8:30 pm on a weeknight, we were after two tables of 10 or more. This caused a big delay in getting our food timely. We waited about 25 minutes to get our two plates of food.
