You can do better

The food in Thailand is too good to eat bland Thai food at Coconut. Not awful, but not great. the service was slow to boot.

Food, Wine, surrounds and staff excellent. We had a lovely meal at this restaurant, it was a bit more expensive than some of the other restaurants but it was worth it for quality.

This restaurant seems to be advertised all over the village with a TA logo on it (but no award). The attitude of the Lady that sat us down was terrible, we felt we were intruding. We ordered one drink took a look at the menu and decided to walk, it just did not have a good feel to it. After... More

After touring Asia for 4 weeks this was the worst Restaurant that I have visited. The Spagetti was overcooked and tasted bland. The Starter was ok but the Asian dishes were horrible. Basically a waste of your money if you want to eat Thai. I couldn't eat my meal at all and the waitress didn't even ask why ... she... More

I was surprised about reviews. Without any recommendation we found this place by ourselves. More people were eating here than in other restaurants, it was the main reason we went in. We ordered see bass and tuna, it was very delicious! Juice is like in a high level hotel. Could not be better really. We tasted other restaurants around, as... More

On the recommendation of a hotel employee I came here for my first meal in the area. I sat at the front of the restaurant and had a great view of the sun setting (even if it is slightly obscured by the road and trees) and had a tasty chicken green curry with a so-so noodle dish. Service was prompt... More

This place is fab! Love the food here. There is a wide variety of thai food from which to choose. The price is ok and the service is good.

We ate here on our first of 4 nights in Krabi as it was close to Nakamanda, where we we're staying and it was tipping it down with rain. On the whole, the food was good and obviously authentic. We were early so it did lack a little atmosphere, a little music wouldn't have gone a miss. Please remember to... More

Wanted to visit Sabai Ba but it was closed on Sunday 7 Sept 2014. So ended up having our first dinner at the Cocount. We were the only customers in the beginning. Food and value were reasonable. Just had problem with the mozzies. Simple and basic restaurant.
