Enjoyed the fresh food and variety of choices. A favorite breakfast spot among locals and after my visit I could see why. Would return again.
This was my first time at claros, I had a hard time deciding between the banana bread French toast and the pancakes with bananas, coconut, and slivered almonds, well I believe she was the owner made my choice for me, she let me try both 1 piece of the French toast and 2 of the pancakes. It was 1 of the... More
My wife and I go to Cabarete 2 to 4 times a year. Our daughter owns N Day Spa. My favorite breakfast plce is Claros. Very intimate setting. A little hard to find but worth the search!
This was the restaurant/cafe attached to our hotel, so it was convenient and much appreciated. The staff and manager were exceptional. The menu and food quality as well as presentation was superb.
In Cabarete. Vacabar still gets my vote as number one but Claro is a close second. Located near the super market at the end of town this garden spot is not easy to find. Once you do you are treated to a beautiful setting, excellent food and friendly staff. The banana bread French toast lived up to the hype. So... More
Claro is a cool little restaurant hidden in a beatiful property. I ate there for breakfast three times and each time was great! The coffee was strong and unlimited, the service was great, and the food was yummy! I had the green goddess, the American breakfast, and the breakfast casserole dish ... all awesome. Thank you for making us feel... More
I only tried the breakfast so I don't know about lunch. I had the Puerto Rican Pie the first, and it was amazing. The only problem I had with it was that I couldn't finish it. The next meal was a spicy burrito that was very good as well.
Excellent choice of food, always great service with smile, one of our favorite places for breakfast or branch when in Cabarete. You can have cereals, fruit with yogurt or the traditional breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausages), with fresh juices, coffee, tea ... you name it, they have it all. And one of few restaurants that actually have a kids menu. Not... More
Nice atmosphere, good coffee (despite the parmalat milk which is ubiquitous here, no fresh milk anywhere) and creative food for breakfast. I thought the yolitas (little boats) were a bit heavy on the potatoes which is why I gave only four stars, otherwise everything is fresh and tasty. I'm just not big on whopping doses of carbs first thing in... More
