This review is centered around the Robinsons Grab a Crab. Ive only dared to eat here three times in the past couple of years on my vacations here. Hoping with each attempt there is some kind of improvement. Only stale dreams are found. Barely presentable bland food, while half asleep staff seem to care not of the customers wishes/order. Meanwhile,... More

Chinese food and good seafood. Good prices. Good choices. Adequate servings. Slow service. I would not come back.

We were a party of 12 adults. We ordered a wide variety of dishes from the menu and all were very tasty. Service was a little slow, and they had to be prompted to serve the drinks while we were waiting, rather than leaving us to thirst! On the whole, a good experience, though the toilet (CR) was not very... More

Was there to celebrate my birthday with my family. The place is nice. It has spacious dining area. We ordered their specialty, crab. Delicious and sumptuous. Grilled Tuna though was not fresh, it triggered mild allergic reaction. Good thing the attendant took the tab off the list. Over all, I recommend the place to anyone who likes sea foods.

I liked all the dishes, tuna sashimi, cooked fish (of name I cannot remember), tuna ensalada, a spicy shrimp, a corn soup..they actually have a wide selection of sea foods. disliked? uhmm.... the service..the waiters and waitresses are not so attentive.. table setting is mediocre... tables and chairs, too... if you're a claustrophobic, then you may want to choose the... Visited the location in the Robinson's mall. The service was good and the food good also. The environment was more what i'm used to seeing in a US chain and not typical Philippine. Good value as most places in the Phils. The crab was good and the Durian shakes were made to order.

I had been in this place several times. But all those were due to friends' invitation. I have no choice but to eat (lol). At first I thought this is a fine dining resto but I was disappointed. The place is ok. But the services are poor. The foods arrive almost an hour of waiting. We were hungrrrry!!! The other... More

Tuna was not fresh. Kare kare was served without the bagoong. Garlic chicken never came. To top it all, we did advance call for our orders and gave them our arrival time. But alas, no food on the table when we arrived. Clincher- no crabs!

I decided to treat my friend in Grab-A-Crab because it was her birthday. On our way, I was already thinking of ordering chili crabs but it turned out that there were no crabs available when we arrived... I was very disappointed. I was thinking that a restaurant whose specialty and name has crabs in it should always have crabs. But... More
