Reading much about this so-called #1 eating place in Legaspi City, we were highly disappointed. The prices are although not cheap, fair (average of 200/dish) but the sizes are SMALL. Furthermore, the waitress had to come back up to 4 times to tell us our choice was not available. After quite a wait (understandable, a number of customers and 3... More

We had a blast! Vert good value for money. We ordered for Pasta Mayon. tamlok. Pinangat. Laing. Bicol express. All for 300 pesos only! Love the laing and bicol express. The atmosphere is vintage and relaxing. The owner (lola) also is very accomodating. She even sits down with the customers to have small talk and tell stories about albay. Will... More

I had my lunch here during my Albay trip. There are loads of people visiting the place, even students were there. But I dont find anything special with the food. Comparable to other resto at the area though, it's much better I guess and the food are more affordable compared to hotel rates. Foods were served a little over fifteen... More

Serve very good pastas with a twist (i.e. bicol express pasta) and pizzas. Located in the heart of Legazpi, many of the locals frequent this place. The cafe itself is actually a house, converted into a small restaurant by an old family in Bicol. Music is early 80's jazz---nice!

But you will be happy when start to tastes their food. We order pizza with taro leafs and pasta with taro leafs in coconut milk. Both are very... More

We hailed a jeepney bound for Daraga and alighted just after STI college and walked to Dona Aurora St. Small Talk Cafe is quite small but it was cozy and homey. We ordered Pasta Mayon ,Pizza Bicolandia and Pili Pie. Each food item has a unique taste. Pasta Mayon has a taste of coconut milk in its sauce and the... More

Me and my friends took our lunch in Small Talk last April 23, 2014. The food was good but their service was just awful. I ordered a glass of bottomless iced tea and I only had one refill because it took them ages just to get to me. My friend ordered Green Mango shake but they failed to inform us... More

A small restaurant located near the capitol, here one can taste of the good food Bicol can offer. They also serve fusion cuisine. They are worth trying!

Lunch with three people who visit South Korea ... some cooked-to-order seafood and other food ... very small blue crab, broken fish. We request for the order to be unkind.
