Homey Resto

As soon as i entered the cafe, i felt at home. their decors were rustic & small-town themed. The food prices were affordable & can rate their meals as OK. not superb, not amazing.

Small Talk ain't small in terms of its flavors and choices. I tried again their crispy squidlets and their pastas - pili and pinangat. These now becomes a classic worth returning for. The crunch and salty flavors of the squidlets combined with the sweet sauce brings much delight for a lover of bacon. Am I now a seafood convert??? Wait... More

the atmosphere of the cafe is very interesting and obviously very popular with the locals . The food is reasonable though it has an extensive menu we had difficulty choosing anything to eat, mainly because we couldnt work out what they were and we are not fussy but do like to know what we are getting. We do not speak... More

Our group had lunch here on the way to the airport coming from a weekend in Donsol. It was exactly what we needed - Bicolano home cooking with a lot of other options both local and international. We ordered the shrimp croquetas, boneless crispy pata, pork spare ribs and of course bicol express pasta and were not disappointed. Considering that... More

We were greeted by the owner who is an elderly lady who opened the restaurant in her house with her daughter after her husband passed, she is lovely. The menu was large with many choices, the staff very attentive. The food arrived quickly and was good, I had the sweet & sour grouper, my son a pizza & my husband... More

It was our first night in legazpi and small talk was recommended by our hotel. Servers were very friendly but my fiancé had to change his order three times because they didn't have any of the meals available. The food was average we both ended up getting pasta because BBQ and lasagna were not available.

We were semi-drenched and hungry from walking in the rain one night when we got to the restaurant. It was our first time in the city but we got to find Small Talk Cafe right away since it's location was just off the main Rizal St. We really wanted to try their popular menu - especially the pili pie, bicol... The restaurant is located in a small street very near Robinson's Supermarket. It is a quaint house converted into a restaurant. It offers sumptuous food that is sure to entice your pallette. We ordered baby back ribs; tinolang manok sa gata; and kare-kare. The last two were really delicious. This establishment accepts credit cards.
