Cheap food. Got the lechon kawali but it tasted like fried liempo. Laing was so-so. Tsokolate, in fairness was good. Good to eat here if you happen to be in the area and if you're looking for cheap but filling food. I woudn't go all the way to Tagaytay for this place though.

Towards the direction of Picnic Grove and DAP (Training Center of the Development Academy of the Phils.) I bumped into this sort of cafè - restaurant. It made my Tagaytay trip a bliss! We should have more of this simple, laid-back, peaceful, "artsy" cafès and not of those touristic sorts, expensive places. We need to support more of this 'mom... More

I love the drinks and the place is filled with great art works! :) As for the food, they can be further improved. But worth it for merrienda/snacks. :)

The cafe is quaint and cozy. You'll be treated with not just sumptuous desserts that go along well with their Filipino brewed coffee but also feast your eyes with various paintings. We were a big group when we visited and we chose the low lying table and sat on banigs (Filipino traditional mats). I ordered Barako coffee and malagkit with... More

Room was small and dank! Shared bathroom was pretty grim. Cafe is miles for anywhere. Owners locked us out of the premises with an iron gate when we arrived back at 11pm. They hadn't given us a key or mentioned a curfew or any kind of lockdown. We had to mount a wall and jump down so we could get... More

Java Jazz is one of our favorite stops in Tagaytay. They make the best salabat (you have the option of having it mild or strong) and their Cafe de Tagaytay is also good. The shop also features beautiful artworks and is located near an artist's studio/gallery. You can also buy pasalubongs inside the cafe. Food is so-so but good enough... More

The place looked promising, cute and not too shabby. That was about the only thing they have going. First off, the toilet/washroom was straight out of a horror movie. Think the filthiest, dirtiest, most stinky toilet you could picture in your mind. We have our share of travels around the world, been to a variety of restaurants, but this, my... More

I was kind of expecting a lot I guess, so naturally when things don't go as expected, you get heartbroken. I consider myself an artist because I also paint so I really wanted to visit this cafe. The cafe is cute and cozy. The ambiance was ok, cafe/art gallery-ish and tiny. There was an obnoxious group that ruined the ambiance... More

seeing the heavy traffic on the way to bag of beans, we decided to take the left side of the fork road and stumbled upon this small coffee shop by the left side of the road. upon entering, we were immediately greeted by the nice waitresses, and walked us thru our table. the place is kinda small which adds to...
