Java Jazz is one of our favorite stops in Tagaytay. They make the best salabat (you have the option of having it mild or strong) and their Cafe de Tagaytay is also good. The shop also features beautiful artworks and is located near an artist's studio/gallery. You can also buy pasalubongs inside the cafe. Food is so-so but good enough... More

I was kind of expecting a lot I guess, so naturally when things don't go as expected, you get heartbroken. I consider myself an artist because I also paint so I really wanted to visit this cafe. the interior has paintings with some descriptions about the painter (i think most are students). i saw the area where you'll sit on the floor but we did not bother to try it. we ordered fish laing, spicy chicken curry, and tsokolate eh. nothing really special with the food, price is reasonable. also, i bought some cookies, i liked it.... The place of the room was a bit creepy. But if you're on a budger i will recemmend this place to you and the employees were very nice. The food, it was ok.

Went to Java Jazz to celebrate our 8thyr together as a couple. The ambience was very relaxing. Best place to just eat,drink and relax. The place was filled with paintings and souvenirs.
