This restaurant has a great view of the Taal Volcano and you're paying mostly for that. We ordered the seafood platter and I got very disappointed because it's not fresh. It tasted weird. The Vietnamese roll is good. The Lechon kawali is just okay. The service is a bit slow. Too expensive for the quality of food.

I'm a foodie and travels a lot with different people. Most of the times, with family. We live nearby Tagaytay and it's been a while since we ate Filipino food. So when I asked my family to dine in for dinner, it was exactly Nov 10, 2013 when I was in the mood to crave for something Pinoy classic specialties... More

The restaurant is certainly popular but we would have liked more local cooked cuisine. We had the 'western fare' type grilling of chicken and beef which was average. We love the calamari which was very fresh and deliciously prepared. It was a sort of a "make up" dish as the chicken was undercooked.

My wife invite me on Fathers day's to Josephine's in Tagaytay for treat and I didnt now so much about it but not disappointed. The food served absolute delicious and service was very quick. Most local food but very well prepared and cooked. This is a restuarant that I as a European can invite others from Europe, a good representative... More

The kare kare, bangus, bibingka are my favorites... The staff are well trained. The food overall is delicious. The price is expensive...

The place has a great view and the restaurant itself is nice. The food for me, as a tourist, was very nice and tasty. The service is very good as usual. Prices are excellent for the quality of the service.

This used to be the only fancy dining area in Tagaytay. It has never lost its appeal inspite of the influx of fine dining restos in the area. Their bulalo is still our top choice. Staff were attentive, service was fast. Ambiance very classy.

For my wife and I this was our first taste of real Filipino food, we came in blind and were lead by our hosts who took us to Tagaytay for the morning. We asked for mix of authentic and uniquely Filipino so we tried the; Beef Sinigang soup - really sour but somehow really good, kept going back for more... More

Going for a lunch buffet at Josephine's Tagaytay City is usually a treat. At that time, we were celebrating my mom's birthday away from home but within the country. It is the usual outdoor buffet seating or set-up. Yes, covered buffet area with the cool climate should have been a plus, but we were having warm weather at that time.... More
