Enjoy Eating "Bulalo" with View of Taal Volcano

When you go to Tagaytay, you have to eat the famous "Bulalo"(Beef Shank soup)! Leslie's restaurant is one of the original places to enjoy this food. Although the price is a bit high in this restaurant, the view of Tall Volcano & Taal Lake make up for it.

I enjoy eating here, especially if you reserved a space in one of their nipa hut. You'll enjoy the beautiful taal lake volcano scene while eating. The price of the food is not so expensive. This place is really jampack with people who eats, and people who only drop by because of the beautiful view. Free parking :)

The place and scenery was good. The food was expensive with a very average taste. Must try place but no plans of coming back.:)

This place has the most amazing view of the Volcano. Try and get a seat up front if you can. We had the calamari, Filipino noodles, tuna sizzler and prawns. The dishes were nice - but nothing special per se. I liked the live band that came up and sang your requests. The foods a bit pricey - but all... More

if you're a first timer in tagaytay, or you're with a group that includes first timers, leslie's is a good place to introduce yourself or those with you to tagaytay's famous bulalo (beef soup -- what is it in english?). but lately i've noticed that the bulalo isn't as good as it was before, especially if the restaurant is busy.... Our all-time favorite from Leslie's is the Adobong Puso ng Saging with Gata. It's really good! Sinigang na Maya-maya tasted too salty after the soup gets cold. Turon is okay but for my personal preference I don't like it when the wrapper is too thick. The staff are friendly and fast in delivering our orders and requests. Food portions are... More

We visited Leslie's on a Sunday brunch. The place was crowded, which we thought was a good sign. It took us almost half an hour before we were able to get the attention of a waiter who took our order. Another half an hour and the food was on our table. The bulalo (they claim it as their specialty) has... More

Location is quite strategic if you are going to visit Sky Ranch, especially for a large group. Service was fast and good. Wide range of food choices but no outstanding dish for me. Bulalo is just an average even the special one.
