Winton really makes this place what it is. The friendliest warmest host. We walked past and saw this was busy so waited for a table and I am glad we did. As you can see on the wall what to order and my own comments to haha. The tradition Burmese salads are great and he does a great burger for... More

This place is a must go! thankfully we were told about this place before we went so we knew to try here first, we stayed in bagan for two days and eat every meal we had here, and we were not the only ones as we always saw the same people there. the staff are very nice, particulary the owner... I can’t believe how good this place is. My first meal was spaghetti; amazing! Not only because the sauce was deliciously made from fresh tomatoes, but the spaghetti itself was also phenomenal. It would rival or even beat anything I’ve even had in Italy. I also did try burger, not really because I wanted a burger, but because the reviews... More

This place is especially user-friendly at night when the lights are on and it has a very lovely atmosphere. The owner,Win Tun, and his sister were really kind.He comes to your table ,takes your order, answers your questions and strikes up a friendly conversation. He gives you great tips about the environment and he gives new meaning to the expression "service wth... Let me ask you this. If you are walking down a restaurant street with numerous establishments at lunchtime and all are empty except for one which is packed. Which one would you choose? Normally we try and avoid places full of other travellers. In this case, it was a no brainer. Initially we couldn't get a table as there were... More

The food was amazing and the restaurant was great. The best part was talking with the owner. We went back on our second night. Great time.

If you come by Bagan, you have to come to the Weather Spoon. We had it recommended by 'Le Guide du Routard' and 'Lonely Planet', and we have not been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and smiling. I have to admit the restaurant facilities are similar to other Myanmar restaurants, with the bathrooms 2min away and homeless dogs strolling... More

Not only is the beef burger and chips excellent quality, but the local dishes are delicious and reasonably-priced. For me, the fresh juices are the best in a month's travel in Myanmar! Not watered down, fresh, delicious, and at 700K, the cheapest I found. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. Service is very good also and there's free wifi that works... More

Probably the best meal I've had in Bagan. Food is great, but the place gets crowded and service can be VERY slow. Should never have to ask for a beer 3 times or wait over 20 minutes after you order it, to get one when you can see them in the cooler just 3 meters away. Staff tries very hard... More
