In ancient Greek mythology, Ambrosia is sometimes the food, sometimes the drink, of the Greek gods (or demigods), often depicted as conferring ageless immortality upon whoever consumes it.Ambrosia Restaurant offers you one of the city’s most tranquil and dreamlike terrace views of the Aravali mountain range. Our fine mélange of traditional and neo-Indian Cuisine will also please your senses. The menu is carefully balanced with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies from across the country along with an exciting array of snacks to tantalize your taste buds. Our patrons are spoilt for choice with the intimate setting in 3 separate areas. The chic and contemporary air-conditioned area offers a stark contrast from the garden area surrounded by mystical water bodies and Arabic style cabanas enclosed with drapes. Overwhelming experience!

First of all it is the most beautiful place to visit in Ajmer. The rooftop view is mesmerizing. If you are a foodie and at the same time looking for a blissful ambience then this is the place to be. The restaurant is located on rooftop with beautiful casual dining pergolas. we visited this restaurant for a celebratory dinner and ordered the food. It took them 45 minutes to serve us with our basic order of Dal, Chicken and Paneer. The wait would have been worthwhile if the food would have been good. the taste of the food was average... More

Dear Chef Harsh Thank you for your feedback and I am terribly sorry for the average experience in terms of Food. One of the best restaurant I have ever been into. Delicious food and good services, I would specially recommend daal ambrosia and murg hara pyaaz. The restuarent provides perfect ambiance and best view of the the famous Ajmer city while you can chill and enjoy with your family or friends at the cabanas outside the garden area.

The food on the other hand was not too bad, wasn't great either. The serving size is quite good and has pleasing attitude of the staff. Didn't love the food very much, but looking at the... More
