lovely lunch

I've noticed there's a listing for this place and Manuia Gourmet. As far as I can tell they're the same place! Either way, this a fine restaurant. It had been a wet Saturday morning and I was walking from Tahai passed the cemetery when I noticed this rustic looking place. I decided to give it a go... read more

Came here for the dinner after reading the review. The fold just simply with salt on fish and fries. There wasn't any skill about cooking at all. The worst part was the owner added 10% tip on top without asking. This is illegal in this country. Their food and service not deserve it. You can find much better food for... More

This Restaurant was recommended by our tour guide. It is a local family restaurant that has good food. It is located north of the town across from the cemetery, but you can see the ocean and it is in walking distance from the town center. The friendly owner served us both a free welcome drink of a piso sour using... More

We had lunch here and tried a salad, carpaccio and the risotto with seafood and cheese. All were excellent and the prices were great.

We absolutely loved the food here, so much so we ate here three times over the course of five days. Every time we had a disappointing meal elsewhere we would return to Manuia. The owner/waitress/chef extraordinaire was incredible, she made such delicious food. My boyfriend had the ceviche (and said it was the best he had and he ate ceviche... More

A small restaurant close to the Pacific Ocean. Very nice owner/cook, who seems to run the restaurant by herself. Not a fancy place, but good, honest food. The tuna trio was delicious, but on the small side (more like a starter). Therefore we additionally ordered the seafood risotto, which we shared. It was very good.

We encountered this restaurant on our last night and it was by far the best meal we all had experienced on the Island! The owner is nice and an amazing cook! The food was fresh and delicious, highly recommended if dining in Hanga Rao, it has a great location, perfect for dining after watching the sunset at Tahai

I wanted to love it! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. However the ceveche we ordered did not taste fresh. The presentation was beautiful however we could not eat the dish! I tried to order two other dishes recommended by past visitors but were told they no longer had those items! There are so many options on the island I... More

This cemetery made restaurant is great to have at after-hours. The sitting arrangement at this restaurant is great as you can also enjoy sitting and eating the stars. The atmosphere in and around the restaurant is nice and soothing. This is the place to eat in peace, while enjoying the magic of nature. They offer extensive menu, which includes some... More
