Great place for lunch

We went there for lunch on our last day (before all lunches were in the mountains eating protein bars). We liked it a lot. One portion was more than enough to feed two people. They really excell when it comes to waffles. And they have both sweet and non-sweet waffles, so I can see myself eating... read more

Waffle places are always overpriced so I knew this one would be too but some friends were going here so we came too! The waffles were lovely and there was a good selection of sweet/ savoury on the menu. I had the combo 2 which included a ham and cheese waffle with freshly squeezed orange juice for 102ars. The ham... More

We had 2 waffle items here. As a main entree we had a veggie waffle which was piled high with various veggies and an inordinate amount of cheese, I would not recommend this. For dessert we had a banana, cream and dulce de leche waffle which was quite large and delicious.

We ate lunch at La Wafleria our first day and both of our waffles were super yummy! There are soooo many to choose from, and all we saw looked great. We had a hard time finding truly good coffee in Argentina, but our coffees at La Wafleria were excellent, and so was the mango juice. If we had stayed another... More

Nice big comon table, pleasant service. Had their choriwaffle - great lunch on a rainy day. Dessert waffles looked huge and delicious.

Has savory waffles. Could use a little more sauce but overall was good tasting, well priced. No complaints.

Quick, easy and relatively cheap (by El Chalten standards). We had a few of the waffles, and they were all pretty good. I loved their spicy waffle (comes with cheese and a hot sauce) and the dessert ones with dulce de leche were amazing.

We loved the place to have either a salty appetizer or a dessert. If you like to try Calafate, go for the Waffle bosco fiestas. We also loved to have the traditional argentinian Mate there!

Visited the Wafleria after a couple of long walks. Great place for a well-earned rest, especially the waffles, cakes, coffee and hot chocolate. Very friendly staff who have made a few games (e.g. pack of cards) available for those who want to dawdle when it's raining.

We hiked Laguna de los Tres and were motivated all day by hot waffles waiting for us at the base. Truly. 10 hours of hiking and we kept thinking about these waffles... We practically ran the last 3 miles and went straight to La Wafleria. It was worth it! Get the chococrema, a Supuy rubia beer, the caprese waffle, all... More
