After a morning hike the chocolate explosion waffles were just what I needed. The portion was huge and it really was like a chocolate explosion... mini hot chocolate, chocolate ice cream, chocolate sauce... Chocolate Heaven!

We split a savory and then a sweet waffle and the "spicy" waffle was not really spicy and had full peppercorns on it. the sweet waffle (we had a chocolate-banana one) was very tasty.

Great waffles!!!! We had salty and sweety! My Goddd! I had a full chocolate one: imagine 2 waffles (not so big. The right size!) with the best chocolate ice cream above (3 small scoops above each!), chocolate sauce and small chocolate pieces! Woww! Just great after a day at the mountain!

This very informal place offers waffles of all kind, some very sophisticated. Every serving brings two waffles, so we shared a waffle with scrambled eggs and fried bacon and afterwards another with different, very tasty, jams (blueberry, raspberry, rosehip). Prices are cheap, they do not accept credit cards.

The title says it all. I wish I had eaten at La Wafleria more often! The staff was friendly and there are a variety of both sweet and savory waffle options. Delicious!

Loved the waffles here. We shared a waffle with chocolate icecream & hot chocolate sauce, and a waffle with dulce the leche with banana. Both really yummie! Finally a place in Argentina where they understand that chocolate is made with a high level of cocoa. Real chocolate that tasted chocolatey :-)

They serve à lot of filled waffels. THE only negative tings is the price. Cappuccino 30 ar$ and black coffee ar$ 19 is compared with other shops in El Chalten expensive.
