Such a cute little place and absolutely perfect after a hike. Can also sit outside in the 'beer garden'. Prices are great and the Bock beer they brew is SOO good. I got an empanada as well and it came with a little cup of soup. So good! The servers are little slow but nice. Can pay in USD and... More

The place was totally full and we waited for an hour before we could sit at a table. Majo, (hope the spelling is right) a lovely young waitress made sure we were sitting comfortably at the bar with a drink and popcorn while she arranged for a table. The soup was a little watery but the empanadas and vegetable pizza... More

Delicious, delicious food. Lovely beer options. Quaint, warm, cozy setting. Service struggles to accommodate the high season (mostly with seating and first service) but the food and beer make it worth it. A must-do, with patience, in Chalten.

5 stars all around, and 10 stars for service. Great for anything from a beer, coffee, meal, warm soup, dessert. Love the decorative wall that displays currency from around the world.

Nice food, ordered a locro (110 pesos), which is a beef stew. special beer was also nice (45 pesos). staff was OK, all in all a nice experience. if I compare it to other restaurants in el chalten where we have eaten it just might be the best.

Good place to go after a long hike to refuel. The food is upscale bar food for the most part, but it hits on pretty much all cylinders. Definitely worth checking out. The beer selection is very good.

So I am loving the real ale here in argentina, and El chalten has a good selection, this is a lovely little cabin with good beer and free popcorn. We did not eat here so cannot comment on that.

We were very happy with our meal - my girlfriend and I both ordered the Locro, and were very happy with the hearty stew that we were given. They only had their pilsner on tap, which was good, but I would have liked to have tried the bock. The restaurant is very cozy and has a warm inviting atmosphere. Great... More

Ugh, you walk in and they give you a little basket of popcorn which is delish. I had the spinach and squash ravioli...yum, and a glass of Malbec that will put you on your feet it's that smooth. Get there before 7...after that you will be waiting for a seat.

I ate dinner here on two occasions. The place is small and intimate so get here early if you don't want too long of a wait. They have their own micro-brewery. The beer was good. I had it my second night. It was not available the first night. They give you a bowl of popcorn to munch on while you... More
