Excellent food, not cheap.

Went there based on its rating and recommendation from the hotel. Food was varied and excellent. Menu in French only, but they translated it line by line for us. Service was good. The Crème Brulee was outstanding. Decent selection of wines too.

This has always been one of our 'go to' restaurants in the Baie St. Paul area, and this was no exception on a quick weekend trip to ski at Le Massif. The first time we went, many years ago, it was fabulous, but each year, it just keeps getting better. One of the best things about this place is that... More

We were pleasantly surprised at this little gem in Baie-st-Paul, Quebec. The kids loved their steak stating it was the best steak they have ever had. The portion for the younger one was perfect, but for the 12 year old, too little. The husband had the duck which was tender and very tasty. I had the veggie lasagna, which ended... More

Went here on recommendation of Inn keeper and we were not disappointed. Great atmosphere and good food made for a very enjoyable evening. Only downside, the tables are very close together and it felt a little cramped.

Went in for lunch while on holidays, had the fixe price menu. Reasonably priced. Had excellent local lamb burger and soup. Service was excellent as well. Would highly recommend.

I love this place. The ambiance is great, the service attentive and best of all, my steak was done exactly as I had ordered it. This place is close to downtown and within easy walking distance from several popular B&B's. I would definitely return.

We had to wait for 10-15 minutes to have our table since the group before us continued to have their coffee and we had to wait on foot. When we asked for an english menu we were told that we were in a french counrty!!!!!! Other than these unpleasent events, everything was good, especially the food! It worths going.

... same same but different. We recommend Les Labours but we do NOT feel sheepish. about our love for Mouton Noir's great fare because it was different ... brilliantly different. The restaurant was full of locals rather than Labouring Montreal people yet Melody was able to improve our table request for harmony. And the meal ... ... fresh foie gras... More

We had a terrific dinner here. All the courses (except dessert) were done to perfection and the service (up to the dessert) was impeccable. Local and fresh tasty ingredients and lovely presentations made for a delicious dinner. The wines we ordered by the glass were generous. Our only complaint was that at the end when I had looked forward to... More

Had a wonderful lunch on the terrace over looking the river. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. The food was amazing. Best vichyssoise I ever tasted. The croque-monsieur with made with duck and local cheese. What a great way to elevate a simple meal into something delightful. Will have to come back for supper 😊.
