Took refuge during a particularly feisty rain shower (we were on bikes) and stayed for coffee and brunch. Busy but thoughtful staff quickly made us space at a table. Bacon sandwich and full breakfast both arrived quickly. Good quality, fresh ingredients, well-cooked and not at all greasy. Newspapers to read whilst we waited for the shower to pass. Cakes also... Gluten free chocolate cake, welsh cakes and a couple more choices. Also good selection of tea and delicious milk shakes. Unfortunately arrived too late to sample anything more substantial but would go back again if in the area.

Each time we've been there we've noticed that the girls behind the counter are more interested in chatting incessantly in loud voices and playing with their hair. The display counter is a real mess so that could have had some attention. My partner ordered the risotto... More

Thanks for finding the time to give us feedback. Our portions of food are usually generous but it does seem that we got it wrong during your visit. We use fresh bread for our sandwiches and unfortunately yours was left on the pass under the hot lamp whilst the risotto was prepared, hence the dryness. We have reviewed your points... More

Popped in her for lunch and was really impressed by the prices, range and friendliness of the staff. I had a cheese and onion tart and my mum the pulled pork burger. When we commented that the dish wasn't quite as advertised in the menu we were given a free coffee. We didn't need it but it was a very... More

Fantastic hidden gem, perfect for a light lunch at very reasonable prices. Lots of gluten free options available also. Friendly staff, can't fault it, will be back again!

Yummy deserts/cakes. Best place to sit is upstairs at the back of the restaurant. Friendly staff. Chilled atmosphere.

Just popped in for a little lunch, service was good, and there are plenty of spaces to lose yourself in. A bit pricey for some dishes, but it was OK - I had a Welsh Rarebit, which was very nice, but seemed a little expensive for a single slice of bread with some fancy cheese on it. That's only a...
