Great seafood and location

Fresh langoustines straight off the boat and good choice of fish of the day. Friendly inn overlooking the harbour.

Out of all our evening meals out in Ullapool this was the most disappointing. We each ordered a main dish of pan fried haddock which lacked both flavour and visual appeal. We were the only two eating and there were only four people with drinks at the bar. Maybe the pub gets livelier as the season progresses and we didn't... More

Booked a table for my son's 21st birthday. Staff were very helpful with my daughter's dietary requirements. On arrival we were the only people in the dining room but that was ok. What was less good was that the kitchen door opened directly off the dining room and every word could be heard, including some colourful language. The food took... More

this hotel is overpriced, especially considering it needs a full upgrade. The fact that breakfast is not included in the accommodation charge just reinforced that I would not recommend it.

Great fresh seafood, real ale, situated on the seafront, near the ferry to The Isle of Lewis. Great views across Loch Broom. Ullapool is an excellent base for plenty of fine mountains. The nightlife isn't that bad either.

Having read fab reviews we tried to eat here on the 17th dec to be told we had to go up stairs to next street (Argyll st) to other bar. Shame they never put notice up on menu board outside :-( ended up going else where

My husband and I came into this rustic cozy place on our honeymoon. I am from a Northern Fishing town in New England and I love fresh Seafood. Well this place does it right. Fresh and flavourful. It was nice to see Clam Chowder on the menu. It's actually the first time I have seen clams offered at all on... More

Having wandered along the front in Ullapool deciding where to go for lunch this is where we choose. It was so nice to come off the cold street into such a cosy atmosphere and luckily there was a table free beside a roaring open fire. The lunch menu was very reasonable, I ordered the starter portion of mussels and was... More

Great room with a brass bed and good ensuite. Wonderful views. We just had a great dinner downstairs.
