Had a couple of visits to this pub recently for meals and drinks. Great food, lovely real ale and a very warm welcome. Highly recommended!

We booked a table for 4 people. The service was perfect, and we had a laugh with the waiting staff. 3 had burgers and 1 had gammon. The food was amazing. We then had desserts. The baileys cheesecake was to die for. We will definitely be dining here again. Thank you for a very pleasant evening.

Visited for lunch with my wife and youngest son (3yo) as this pub has been recommended by friends and gets rave reviews on this website. We were not disappointed. Very friendly service from a real barman (has a personality and knows the menu and prices without having to check first). Great beer; not seen Pilsner Urquell on draft around here... More

Popped in on spec on a Saturday night last Saturday week. They found us a table for two, the Steak and ale pie was the best I have ever tasted. The service and the ambience of the pub is excellent and you are made to feel welcome. Would recommend to all

I've been here twice as I was staying nearby. First night I had an excellent meal for a reasonable price - very nice. Second night it was fully booked, so I can't comment as I went elsewhere. So, if you want to be sure of a table, make sure you book!

On the way home tonight we decided to drop in for a bite to eat. I can safely say that the steak and ale pie is about the best I have had. The staff were friendly and the service was good. I haven't been in here for years. I will be back again. Well impressed. Thankyou.

Just been with our dog, food was excellent, staff and owners were very nice and welcoming. Looks a bit unassuming from the approach, but well worth a visit. If we come back to Lincolnshire visiting this pub again is a must!
