Best Fish & Chips in the Town, i live in skegness & its full of chip shops but when we want chips its boston for us!!! My only dislike is the local bus route that runs right through the centre of town & the market

Traditional f&c's in a traditional old building. If you want authenticity and to eat where the locals do, I'd recommend it.

It's a chippy and it's fairly expensive for what it is. I don't mind paying for good quality fish but £2 for a tray of chips, come on they are just chips for god sake. Maybe they charge that much because you get nice friendly service.

No trip to Boston should be without a visit to Tates. Truly wonderful chips, perfect fish and rather scrummy curry sauce. Staff friendly and helpful and polite and best of all they called me 'duck' Would have been disappointed if they hadn't..!!

David and his staff run a really tight ship in this restaurant/takeaway. The fish and chips are always excellent. The restaurant is on the theme of an old fashioned fish and chip restaurant and it is a lovely place to go out for tea!

I would like to say that I have never had a bad meal at this fish and chip shop. There have been 4 generations of my family eating in this restaurant, starting nearly 50 years ago when my mother was a child. The crinkle cut chips make it a must visit and the cod is the best in the area.... More

Small fish and chip restaurant in central Boston. Sitting inside on 2 levels and also outside. Spotlessly clean and well decorated on the inside. Friendly staff. Excellent food. Very good price; £30 for 3 of us. Will come here again.
