Lovely lunch venue with a quirky and really interesting menu. Suited my vegan son as well as plenty of choice for us. Cozy and fun.

Having seen that Aroma had won a Taste of the West award, we thought we would check it out. First impressions were good - it was warm and inviting, quirky and with lots of comfortable seating. There were a good selection of coffees and chocolate - but the drinks themselves were in disappointingly small cups. We ordered mince pies which... More

A hidden gem of a coffee shop in Lyme Regis, The staff are really friendly and the range of gluten free cakes was a real treat ( not just your usual chocolate brownie) The coffee was lovely too. Definitely worth a visit

There's a great atmosphere in this busy, quirky and cosy coffee shop. There's a range of delightful and sometimes bizarre concoctions on offer ( try the Lyme Bay Fog tea! ) along with a modest but high quality selection of dairy and gluten free cakes. Immeasurably better than chain outlets.

Whenever I am in Lyme Regis I make a point of having lunch here. It was a Sunday and fairly quiet so we were served quickly as sometimes there can be a wait. This time we ordered soup and a sandwich from the interesting menu and were not disappointed. Staff were friendly and efficient.

I found this place while visiting Lyme for a course and have been back many time since for lunch! Fantastic quality coffee, gourmet sandwiches, tasty smoothies and amazing cakes. It is very nicely decorated and has local and sustainable sourced ingredients, and friendly staff. Well worth multiple visits!

Lyme Regis is our nearest coast and we have been there countless times, however we weren't aware of Aroma until a recommendation from a friend. It is located in between the two sets of traffic lights at the bottom of town. We both chose hot chocolate which was beautifully presented and very tasty. The next table were overheard to say... It was blowing a gale on Saturday and we took refuge in this delightful cafe and had two cups of the best hot chocolate ever ... and ... even better you could have 5 different types of chocolate - never mind the whipped cream and marshmallows - brilliant!! Lovely staff

A lively indie cafe. Great coffee and simple lunches. Sit in the front and enjoy the ambiance. Read a book and generally reflect on your navel. Sadly all this was overshadowed by latte that was very small and half a ciabatta toasted for £8.20. The front of house staff was very short tempered and seemed over worked. No wonder Costa... More
