We dined here one evening about 7.00pm without a booking and were taken to a table. The service was very good with the staff being friendly and explaining the menu. The meal was great and the wine choice excellent. We sat inside so did not see the view however this did not worry us. It may have been a little... More

The Harbour was one of the recomendations in the B&B that we stayed at so we though we would give it a try. The food quality was very good for all three courses. Staff both in the bar and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

What a fantastic place!! We visit here every time we come to Lyme Regis (4/5 times a year)... Every time the food and service cannot be faulted! My husband and I have visited with friends, family old and recently young. Our 3 1/2 year old now asks as we are getting in the car at home (85 miles away) "can... More

On our recent visit to Lyme we booked a table at the harbour Inn for 8pm. We arrived at 7.50pm to be told at 8 that they were running late, and could we get a drink and wait in the bar. It was 8.15pm before our table was ready. My fish boyllabaise was nice but my partners fish pie was far... More

Food was very good but expected at the prices charged. Service was reasonably quick although no one was clearing tables so seating was limited. Nothing outstanding but an ok place

My wife and I popped over to Lyme the other night, for fish and chips, but decided to park at the Cobb end as it was such a nice calm serene evening and the views are beautiful there. As we strolled we came to The Harbour Inn, a restaurant we have used several times before, right on the front, and as... More

We recently ate at this restaurant on two consecutive nights. On the first night, the food and service impressed us enough to return the following night. However, although the food was just as good, the service on the second night, a Tuesday, was very disappointing. We were very much left unattended once the starter arrived, and were not asked if... Situated on the sea front with great views if you manage to get a window table which we did. The food is quite pricey but it was worth it. For my main I had a dish off the specials board which was turbot with a lobster lasagne. This was so delicious. The only issue was that it was served with... More
