Special birthday dinner

Went for friend's birthday dinner recently. Menu offered a good selection to choose from. Food was very good. However, a little over seasoned on some things for my taste. Delicious vanilla and raspberry creme brulee. Cocktails were yummy too.

Staying in the area and saw reviews before coming so thought we try it for a nice evening out. The menu was quite limited but this was no bad thing for us. A sign that they cook a few dishes to a high quality, this was the case. Rarely do we order the same food but did on this occasion.... More

Popped in for a coffee late morning. Really friendly service and good quality coffee at a very reasonable price. Kids enjoyed the wooden 3D noughts and crosses game. It's in the window at the entrance.

Was staying away for weekend , dropped in and didn't book on Saturday, was able to accommodate us. Tables were a little. Too close together and didn't allow for very much privacy, they should balance this with trying not to pack too many customers , especially when the tables on the lower level were empty. Had to wait and ask... More

I am very particular about my Sunday lunches and normally think that restaurants fail to deliver anything of a particularly high standard but was very impressed by the Bridge Bistro. The pork was moist, crackling crispy and the vegetables were all seasoned beautifully and flavourful. The service was prompt and friendly. We were only disappointed to be have to leave... More

Excellent food and friendly service. The chargrilled tuna and ribeye steak were perfectly prepared. Dessert was a difficult decision, but the Thunder and Lightning Sundae turned out to be a great choice. Would definitely return.

Saw this place on TripAdvisor before we went down to Cornwall, so decided to give it a look. When we first looked in, it appeared not to be open but we did venture back later in the week and it was this time. Seemed like a very pleasant place for food but didn't seem to have a very extensive menu.... More

Our second visit to this restaurant. This time as a group, we all really enjoyed our evening, the food is excellent and the service good. Look forward to next time. Thank you.

Visited Wadebridge for one night having been to Port Isacc and Padstow. Stumbled across this place without knowing anything of the reviews on TA. It was quiet, a Tuesday night. The restaurant is light and tables are well spaced, nevertheless the waitress alerted us that a party of 10 was expected near to where we chose to sit, a nice... More
