Popped in here on a day out with my family for a drink and a bite to eat, and must say well Definitely go again the staff are very friendly. The filled rolls are very fresh with plenty of filling, my dad wanted a cheese and onion roll and even though it wasn't on the menu one of the young... More

Having scoured Welles for a café/restaurant where we could have coffee and gluten free cake we came upon this charming little establishment with a gift shop attached. Never having tried the ginger and lemon polenta cake the lady behind the counter said we could "try before we buy2 and proceeded to open the packet and cut up the cake into... More

Popped in for coffee and a bite to eat, by the time we got to the counter all the filled rolls had gone and they were not making anymore, shame they had looked nice. So had cake instead. Staff could have been a bit happier looking, smile please.

Popped in for a coffee and had a sandwich. The sandwich was well filled and the coffee nice. But the place lacked atmosphere, this was a shame. This could be a lot better with different décor to help with the lack of atmosphere.

I have been going to Wells-Next-The-Sea for over 20 years now and I can honestly say this is just the best café I have had the pleasure of coming across. You can sit inside or enjoy the lovely sunshine outside with a variety of hot or cold drinks or a cake or two.The café is very clean the staff are... More

One of the main things I look for in a cafe is some clean toilets. This cafe doesn't have any and insists that there is no law saying it had to.

Nice snacks and grounds. good staff. Inside sitting on little stools not ideal, but in wet weather there is no option to sit outside.

On a rainy half term there was just a little place to enjoy a warm with coffee and a cake. The lovely shop attached had a fantastic selection to suit all budgets with no rubbish in sight. Such a lovely place to have a break on your tour of the town.

We were the only people and yet we still had to serve ourselves. There was no loo. The coffee was horrible. The staff just stood chatting with no interest in providing a service. We will not return.

We called in for a coffee but would have been tempted. Despite the place being empty and there being two members of staff, we had to carry out coffee to the table. The coffee was from a poorly kept machine and tasted horrible. Never again.!!!!!!!!!!!!!
