This is my second review of Florence Cafe, having been visiting them since 2010 ish. I probably visit once every couple of months. I have found the service and food to be consistently very good. Particularly the amazing cakes. I can't leave without taking one of their generous cakes slabs away! It is such a lovely, family run local business.... More

This a small friendly tea house set over many floor levels. The decor is 'shabby chic', but delightful and comfortable. You will be sure of a warm welcome, good quality food and service.

Stumbled across Florence café on a brief stop at Kings Lynn. Not so prepossessing from the outside - you have to peer in to see that it is truly a gem. Each table, each chair, all individually put together with 'shabby chic' flair. The cloths, crockery, everything unique and quirky, in a very old cottagy style building near the Minster... More

What can I say, but the food here is to die for. I can honestly say that I have never tasted baking and home cooked dinners like it. They have what seems like a thousand teas to taste, and the cakes are all home made. I was beginning to think they were totally self reliant and didn't need any suppliers!!!... More

We enjoyed delicious cakes and cups of tea at Florence Cafe, and were impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the cute decor. We arrived shortly before closing, and were the only visitors in the place, but did note that there is ample seating both upstairs and down. Very sweet shop, and we can highly recommend it as a... Very pleasant tea rooms, slow but friendly service and good food. The only downside is the time taken for the food to arrive, about 30 minutes and there were only a few tables occupied. So great for a leisurely lunch but don't pop in for a quick snack if time is tight.

We are regulars at Florence's and consider it a jewel in Lynn. A wonderful, friendly place that often "feels" like you are visiting family. A good variety of teas and the home baked goods are divine.

A lovely tearoom. We visited this afternoon and sat outside in the small courtyard out the back, under the grape vines. The service was excellent and friendly. Their teas selection is good and we had Ceylon Orange Pekoe tea served in china cups. They had a good selection of interesting freshly made sandwiches - we tried a Brie,Bacon and Grape,... More

We chanced upon Florence Cafe and had a great time. We ordered a pot of Royal Jubilee tea and two slices of cake. The tea, locally blended in Norwich, was lovely and the cakes were delicious and home-made. The ladies who own the place were friendly and accommodating and they even gave us a little sample of another tea because... More
