Great food, good atmosphere and excellent service all in all worth the money. Would visit again because of good choice of fish dishes on the menu.

Popped in here for a lunch time coffee and sandwich following a brisk walk. Roast beef on a baguette - so simple - so good - I don't now where they get their beef from, but I would love to share their butcher. Top marks for quality - baguette and coffee were good too.

Very busy, even in September, essential to book if you want a certain time, but more than worth it. We spent the week in Blakeney and finally got round to eat here the evening before we came home. (Good job, if we had eaten here earlier in the week we probably wouldn't have eaten anywhere else!) Lots of fish and... More

We have eaten here a couple of times in the past on previous visits to Blakeney and were keen to try The Moorings again. Still as good as ever, my wife had the Hake with Serrano ham, our daughter tried the Sea Bass with sea salt and pine nut crust and I chose the grilled half lobster which was a... More

This seems to be a very busy and popular restaurant. So booking is recommended. We managed to get a table at 9pm. When we walked in no one saw us standing there for a while and when a waiter did come over he said we could sit at any table for two. I wanted to be away from the open... More

Which is that we eat here quite often and would like them to change their menu more frequently.. having said that, absolutely nothing to fault. Food superb, staff delightful, everything is five star...we love it.

Only thing is tables very close together and not a lot of room but food good and hot service also good.

For a village so obviously dedicated to tourist it always amazes me that their aren't more places to eat in the evening in Blakeney, but you shouldn't be put off by the fact that the Moorings is one of the few places to eat, the food is excellent. As in indication of how good it is, we booked for the... More

Excellent service and amazing food. The smoked duck starter was a first for me - incredible flavours matched perfectly with beetroot. Fish cooked to perfection accompanied by local samphire. Finished with one of Angela's incredible puddings !! Good home cooked food !! A perfect end to our holiday.

I visited the Moorings on a Thursday evening with friends. Although the restaurant was pretty busy, the service was exemplary; everyone was friendly and accommodating and our order came through very quickly. The food was outstanding... I highly recommend the seared tuna: impeccable. All of the others who dined with me were equally as happy with their meals. The deserts... More
