My husband, step daughter and I went for dinner at The Moorings to celebrate my husband's birthday and we could not fault the restaurant. Aside from beautifully cooked fish, tuna, sea bass and trout, vegetables and delicious homemade puddings, the service was helpful, friendly, efficient, and never over familiar. Although very busy, the service never faltered. It also didn't made... More

Stopped here while driving around the north Norfolk coast. Had a nice lunch which was well made, value for money and good service. Would eat here again.

We have eaten at The Moorings a few times now and are always impressed with the fresh food and the service. We had one of our best meals ever this June (Steak was one of the best) and can't wait to return. This small restaurant has everything, lovely food, very good service and the location is almost on the quay... More

Just a minute from the quay this is a very special restaurantwith a lively atmosphere. Delicious food (including local seafood) at a reasonable price. Pleasant staff and good service. We will be going back!

We had a lovely dinner in this small coastal restaurant, only a few yards from the front in Blakeney. The choice on the menu was just right and clearly the selection was all fresh with a slant on seafood. Everything was presented beautifully and was delicious. The service was great; attentive but not intrusive. I highly recommend The Moorings and... More

Ate here last week at lunchtime. I had the scallops and my partner the crab salad both were very good and reasonably priced and the desserts a delight. Wish we lived nearer.

Ate here at end of May and it was faultless. Food quality was outstanding - scallops a delight. Service was pitched just right. Reasonable priced wine list. Result - outstanding value for money. Well done Moorings - shame you are 3 hours drive away !!

we took one look at the Blakeney Hotel and decided it resembled an old peoples home, walked into the White Horse and swiftly walked out ( what have you done Adnams ? hang your head in shame !), and by pure luck found a table for the 4 of us in the Moorings. On a part of the coast that... More

When we approached the restaurant I must admit I was a little disappointed by the exterior appearance, but as soon as we entered inside it was absolutely great. The ambience was cosy and the staff very welcoming. Food and drink were reasonably priced and the quality was very good. My only slight niggle was the rather fast service but as... More
