Nice cocktails

Nice cocktails. Late drink. Good dj. Not many places open late in Marlow so if you fancy a late drink claytons is good.

Marlow is wonderful with an excellent selection of bars and restaurants and some cheaper chain eats. The selection is so good that it's hard to stand out. We had dinner here on a Saturday night and it was OK - half way between a gastropub and your full blown Wetherspoon. Prices certainly compare more than favourably with some of the... More

Hi Rob, Thank you for your comments although I am very disappointed to see that you rated us as merely 'alright' and in particular your comparison with a Wetherspoon. Although food only forms a relatively small part of our business, we take great pride in the quality and taste of our food and strive to give our customers excellent value... More

Tucked away in a side street. Bigger inside than it looks from the outside and with wooden décor. Good selection of cocktails from the bar at the back which are well mixed and reasonably priced. Foods is tapas or burgers. Tried the tapas and found it well cooked and in generous portions. Patio at the back inhabited by hardy smokers... More

Visited the venue for a works Christmas party, we were seated at the top of the restaurant and had two tables set out, we had the platter/canapés and they were plentiful and spread out nicely. The staff were attentive and the bar was quick – considering how busy it was. The atmosphere was great and the outside bit was busy... More

I went here for my wife's birthday it was an ok night but it really is just a pub that stays open till 1 , the music was different offering an alternative to the normal chart stuff that's regularly banged out in bars , claytons lounge is a bit misleading it is a pub with a kind of dance floor... A proper bar with a decent section of beers, spirits and cocktails, all in classic old style surroundings with a lovely outdoor patio. Tried Copperhead gin for the first time, expensive, however this is the kind of place where you can try something out of the ordinary. If we go out in Marlow again this is where we will start... We walked into this bar on the way down to Hand & Flowers. It was really quiet for a Friday night but I've no idea why, The cocktails were very moorish, the staff very helpful and friendly, and the environment was great. We'd definitely go back.

We had a very nice evening here recently after a lovely meal at the Hand & Flowers just up the road. It's definitely a bar for the over 30's which is fine and the music is reflective of this. It is expensive but I guess that's to be expected. I would certainly go back.

We had booked a table, but despite the quieter part of the pub being empty, we were put in the bar where the noise was decibels above what we'd like. We couldn't hear ourselves think! The service was very good but the food was average. Wouldn't bother again.

We stopped off here on the way to Ascot. Service was delightful and the food was gorgeous. We had the five for £20 tapas with extra chips..definitely recommend the chips and Camembert..!! Would definitely come back if popping in again as the cocktails looked incredible and all handmade fresh. Seemed a very popular place which delivered exceptional service.
