The Wigan Pier was positively jumping with happy people for this Charity Day. The staff were very friendly and efficient and the beer - cold and very reasonably priced. The Caberet acts were excellent and I hope a great deal of money was raised. Terry Ashworth

Very quiet since new management & constantly running out of stock. No tonic water to go with gin this week, but the staff are very friendly & helpful.

Great breakfast. Cannot comment on the rest of the menu as breakfast was the only meal we ever ate here. This is your typical Brit magnet, nothing wrong in that. As a resident it is nice to pop in and have a fry up. Excellent service, the girls do work very hard and are attentive.

CAlled in for a drink as the football was on - one thing about Tenerife they have ALL the matches on so the men (and women) are kept happy. Lovely friendly staff and good prices.

Just arrived back from Tenerife and visited the Original Wigan Pier again, I had read that the place had gone down hill since a change over of ownership but still went and had a look for ourselves. We have been going to this place for many years andhave always enjoyed the food, drink and atmosphere. Yes it has gone down... More

We were disappointed when we returned to the Wigan Pier this year. They are trying to retain the atmosphere but they lack the vital ingredient, Emma. We were also disappointed when we paid different prices for the same drinks.

We have regularly travelled to this area of Tenerife and every time we go we have visited the original wigan pier, last time being last year: . Once again we went there but the atmosphere and standards have really changed, I understand Jane , Charlie and Emma are no longer connected with it and it shows. Plus points:- 1. Natalie... More
