We visited Monte Christo on our last night in Tenerife. It's a small intimate restaurant in a nice area away from the hustle. The staff, which I assume are husband & wife are so nice & friendly. The menu is a little different from other restaurants around the area, offering some very nice dishes, very hard to choose just one.... More

We ate at Monte Christo with our adult family twice during our holiday to Tenerife. The welcome was warm, food & service excellent. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and the decor lovely. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Found this on TA as were looking for somewhere of the well trodden paths & the array of 4-5 stars are fully justified. Fantastic starters (ParmaRocket & Avocado/Shrimp) followed by even better mains. (Balsamic Steak, Veal, Pork) Fantastic & friendly service & a bottle of home made peach schnapps on the house to finish, perfect night.

We ate here as a family of 5 including 2 children mid holiday and had one of the best nights of the week including the food, drink and hospitality. We returned for our last night's meal we were so impressed. Lots of lovely little touches and terrific food.

Best dining we had in Tenerife. Service was excellent. The view is not the best from the restaurant, which is placed quite close to a busy road - the food however is! Worth to visit!

We looked up TA for places to eat as our first visit to Tenerife. This was up there and so decided to give it a go. There was no need to book as it isn't that busy. Maybe down to location or price. We walked on to have a drink somewhere first as the place was empty and it was... More

We ate here last week and had a lovely evening. It’s slightly off the beaten track but easy to find as it’s directly opposite the Princess Bahia hotel which you can’t miss. It has a very large imposing entrance. You do need to be aware that the Montechristo, however, is tucked slightly away as it’s down a few steps from... More

Although we both really enjoyed our visit to this restaurant, we thought our starters were just ok, However our maincourses were very good one of the few who could cook a steak to the customers preference, and the service we received was the best we received at any of the restaurants we visited in the area.
