We always have a great time when in the Irish Harp Bar - my husband claims their pints of Guinness are among the best he has ever had. Ger and Dom are fantastic hosts and we hope to see them again soon!

This was our favourite watering hole in Nerja. To say the drinks measures are large is an understatement. Always went in sober, however after the bar person had poured a couple of gins, it was " switch to burble ". The walk home was always a lot longer than the walk into town. Well worth a visit.

Visited here a few days ago and have to say of all the Irish Bars in Nerja , we found this to be the best. The gentleman behind the bar was a great character and the ambience was warm and welcoming. Enjoyed the experience and will return.

This is one of the few places on the Costa where I will drink Guinness! It generally doesn't travel well in my opinion. The guy that owns the bar is friendly and always happy to chat. I've watched several games of rugby and GAA football here over the years and there is live music on Fridays.

A few of us went here on a Friday night for a pint. When we arrivedthe Late Late Show was on TV and the weekend's GAA matches were being written on the board so we knew it was a real irish bar. Good buzz about the place and lots of people from Ireland (North and South). Friendly atmosphere, good craic... More

Arrived about 9.30pm one evening to a nearly empty bar. The lady running the bar was very friendly. The bar was small and cosy. By 11pm we could hardly move for people. The music was authentic Irish music and there was a good atmosphere. We ended up talking to people we shared the table with who said they went there... More

I guess we've been visiting Nerja for maybe 12 years. The Irish Harp Bar is a must-do on each visit. The welcome is always mighty & they do a mean pint of Guinness too. It is frequented by The British & Spanish and of course the Irish, so always good craic. Good music twice a week makes it a lively... More

A great little Irish bar with live music some nights. A nice atmosphere with singalong Irish songs. Lots of Irish in giving it an authentic Irish pub feel.

I visited this bar a couple of years ago and thought it was a great place, but when I went back recently the barstaff has changed and gone is Bibby the friendliest barmaid ive met , instead the stern guy in charge had a problem when we went outside for a cigarette and had his 'friend' follow us out to... No obvious outside space so on a hot night stuck indoors it became very stuffy but it appeared to be very popular with the locals
