Walking along the esplanade in Fuengirola beside the beach there are a number of beach bars that specialise in fish. This one we returned to because in addition to beautifully cooked food, the welcome from staff was warm and service was good. What was a pleasant surprise on one visit was that although lunch time, we were shown a beachside... More

Thank you Fuengirola tourist office for suggesting a beach bar for fresh Med seafood for lunch. I walked past a couple then found this one with sardines being grilled on an outdoor wood-fired barbecue. I chose a table at the front, right on the beach overlooking the sea and, spoiling myself in the sun, ordered Manzanilla plus a split of... More

On a day off from golf - 7 of us had the most lovely leisurely lunch over looking the beach at Fuengirola. My friends have been before but this was my first visit and I certainly wasn't disappointed - we ordered freshly grilled sardines and a whole squid (grilled on the BBQ just behind us), with lots of salads, bread... I love this restaurant. The staff are friendly and welcoming and many speak different languages so if you don't speak Spanish don't worry! I usually arrive late at night and I head down to order my sardines cooked on a wood fire and a fresh salad, delicious. They do an excellent paella which is enough for 3 or 4 to... More

Our visit to this restaurant was very bad. The food was boring - and didn't taste good. We ordered water and white wine, but didn't get it, and they still charged us for it. Seemed as if the waiter was to busy with other customers instead of taking care of us…. The only good thing was the view which still... More

We visit regularly when in the area. Lovely restaurant with great staff. Good value for money. Love the swordfish and my wife the chicken as well as the house salad to share with lovely baked bread accompaniment. Will be visiting again in October

Service is friendly and nice cotton napkins. The typical menu for an Andalucian beach restaurant. Everything is good and the Paella is above average for the price. We have tried all the Chiringuitos from Los Boliches to El Sohail and I would say that this one is well worth the visit.

Excellent location on the beach, with a terrace overlooking the sea. Specialising in seafood, the sardines cooked next to a wood fire are delicious.

Lovely setting by the beach. In the week we had sardine starters, swordfish, chicken & pork all well presented and good portions. Never managed to get to the desserts. Will visit again when next in Fuengirola

lunch was nice but not fantastic. Prawns huge but bland as no sauce. Sardines were lovely as they cooked on makeshift bbq on beach. Staff reasonably friendly. Views excellent. Not too expensive.
